Welcome to our City Condo Chic project! Perfectly named, as the interior of this condo maintains the perfect balance of warmth and comfort, with a chic flare that really does elevate the space throughout!
Many colours, features and additions of this condo were preconstructed, so our team had to think outside of the box when brainstorming ideas to add personality, functionality and style.
Our team added the backsplash in the kitchen, which brought a neutral background to the space while still adding interest with a unique design. We also added a feature wall along the staircase, to help lead the eye upwards and spark interest to an otherwise common area.
To continue that interest and appeal throughout the home, we added wallpaper in the living room, bedroom and powder room.
We also added a new vanity in the powder room, which was custom made by Efil Designs, who also created the wall unit in the family room. In the living space, we opted for chairs that were inspired by the Masters Chair designed by Philippe Starck, who also designed the original Ghost Chair. We continued upstairs with beautiful and timeless hardwood floors in the principal bedroom, and removed a secondary walk-in closet to create a reading nook and add volume to the space.
